Document submission notice for FYJC first merit list general for 2021-2022

All the students who have taken admission in FYJC- First Merit List General quota till date are requested to submit

the following documents as per the schedule given below:

                                                       Date: 30th August and 1st September, 2021:

                                                             Timing: -   10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

List of documents to be submitted:

          1. Original SSC Leaving Certificate alongwith 02 self-attested Xerox copies.

          2. Original SSC Marksheet alongwith 02 self-attested Xerox copies

          3. Copy of Part-1 & 2 forms

          4. Copy of self-attested Aadhar Card

          5. Print out of college admission form along with fees paid receipts
