ADMISSION NOTICE (A.Y. 2021-2022)
SFP DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Online Admissions for the Academic Year 2021–2022 for all SFP Second and Third
Year Degree programmes who are eligible to take admissions to the next higher class
will commence as per the details mentioned below subject to fulfilment of the eligibility
The students must follow the instructions carefully and submit a duly completed form
according to the schedule announced hereunder. Fill the online form carefully, without
any mistake, and see to it that all mandatory fields are filled accurately. Misinformation
and submission of the wrong combination of subjects can result in withholding /
rejection of the admission. Admission form will be approved only after payment of any
pending fee of the previous academic year 2020–21.
Admission Schedule for A.Y. 2021-22 :
Online Form Filling - July 14th to July 17th, 2021 - Up to 5 p.m.
Online Fee payment - July 21st to July 24th, 2021 - Up to 5 p.m.
Online Admission Steps :
1) Confirm your name from the Eligibility list in the Google Classroom.
2) Go to college website https://model-college.edu.in/
Fill the college admission form by clicking on the ADMISSION FORM FOR AY 2021-22
on the college website:
Select “Apply here if existing student (2021)”
(Use Laptop or Desktop to fill online forms. All features are not available via Mobile)
3) The admissions cell will go through your submitted form. After successful verification,
you will get a message (via sms / email) informing about the two activated college fees
4) Click on each of the two payment links and pay the fees. Students can make online
payments by Net banking, UPI, Debit Card, and Credit Card. A confirmation message
will be displayed after successful payment of fees.
5) Upon successful payment, you will be able to print the acknowledgment. Students
are required to present the copy of the acknowledgement of online fees payment at the
college office counter to get a detailed fee receipt once the College reopens for A.Y.
2021 - 2022. Schedule of collection of fees receipts would be informed to Students
through due notice.
6) Admission will be confirmed only on receipt of fees through the payment link.
i) The students who were not admitted during Academic Year 2020-21 (new applicants
or ATKT) will have to write an application letter with full details before 24th July 2021 to
email@example.com. A separate admission procedure will be
applicable for them.
ii) If any discrepancy arises while making the payment or doing the admission
procedure, write a self-explanatory email with your contact no. to the following two email

The student must include the Subject Line as Class, Sem, Roll No, Admission Query.
For example, if there is a query in SYBCom Sem III Roll No 190, then the subject line
must have SYBCom III 190 Admission Query. No reply will be given if the Subject Line
is not properly mentioned.
