THIRD REMAINDER NOTICE

It has been observed that the following students have not admitted themselves in the digital portal of the University
till date. You are warned that if you do not admit yourselves in the portal by today that is 29th September, 2020 your
admission will be termed as cancelled and the college will be not responsible for the same.
You are required to submit the following documents to the college by 30th September, 2020 between 10.00 a.m.
to 1.00 p.m. This is the third and final reminder.
1.College Online Admission Form
2.Mumbai University Pre Admission Online Registration Form 2020-21
3.Copy of SSC and HSC marksheet and passing certificate
4.Copy of Admission fees payment
5.Copy of University and College Declaration Form
6.Copy of caste certificate if applicable
7.Copy of the all the semester-wise marksheet available with you.
8.Passport size photo
Treat this as utmost urgent.
