FORM SUBMISSION NOTICE FOR THE EXAM TO BE HELD IN OCTOBER 2022.

The students who wish to appear for T.Y.B.Com Sem V, VI for (Rev 16) and 75:25 pattern repeater exam to be held in
October 2022 are required to collect their examination form and submit the same in the following schedule:
Collection of Exam Forms:
18/07/2022
Submission of Exam Forms:
18/07/2022, 19/07/2022, 20/07/2022
Time for collection and submission: 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Documents to be attached:
Print out of the PDF or Provisional result copy published by the University of Sem VI (Rev 16) held in April 2022 and
students who have appeared before that should attach their latest marksheet.
Print out of the PDF or Provisional result copy published by the University of Sem V (Rev 16) held in April 2022 and
students who have appeared before that should attach their latest marksheet.
Print out of the PDF or Provisional result copy published by the University of Sem V and Sem VI (75:25) held in
April 2022 and students who have appeared before that should attach their latest marksheet.
Fees:
One Subject: Rs. 270/-
Two Subjects: Rs. 480/-
Three or more subjects: Rs. 1005/-
