Counselling

Counselling Cell of our college addresses the mental health and adjustment problems of our learners in an effective manner providing them with much required guidance and timely support from authorities. Variety of  psychological and psycho social issues like anxiety, behavioural problems,  inter-personal relationship problems, substance abuse and addiction, depression and so on which are common among the student community can be discussed with the counsellor.  Learners can also seek guidance for handling confusion about the career options available, academic performance anxiety, handling loss of parent, health problems etc. Most of the cases are solved by timely intervention and regular therapy.  Based on the severity of the problem some learner’s are referred to mental health professionals for further treatment. Parents and teachers can also refer the learners to the counselling cell for absenteeism and lack of focus/concentration.
